Is cleaning included?
Yes, housekeeping is included in our rates displayed on this site. By booking directly from our site, you can save on these cleaning fees, which we offer in addition to the service charges imposed by the booking platforms.
Can we arrive at night?
Each rental has its own secure key box, so you can arrive at any time and collect your keys on your own. An e-mail / sms will be sent with the necessary information.
How does the deposit work?
For security reasons, a deposit of €300 is required for each rental. We use the Swikly service, which allows you to deposit your security deposit simply by making an imprint of your bank card, without paying at in advance. This avoids the need to send a cheque or bank transfer or to block your credit card due to pre-authorization. A link will be sent to you, and all you have to do is follow the requested steps. This is not a payment: you will not be debited for the amount requested, but you authorize this debit in the event of a problem. In this case, Swikly will be our mediator and will check the conditions of payment of the deposit.
Can we book for one or two nights maximum?
All rentals are subject to a 3-night minimum booking. Nevertheless, we are able to adapt to each exceptional situation to provide an exceptional solution. If this is the case, please contact us directly.
